Collecting 400 bathroom hand towels through April 24

Packing Event April 27 | 12:30pm | Grace UMC

We, Clay Church, are collecting 400 hand towels. Towels should be brand new, and should be no smaller than 15x25 inches and no larger than 17x27 inches. Please do not donate kitchen, cleaning, or microfiber towels. Towels can be dropped off before or after worship through April 20, or at the Firehouse Campus through April 24.

Together our area UMC churches are packing 500 hygiene kits for use by emergency first responders in disaster areas. The kits will be distributed through UMCOR, The United Methodist Committee on Relief, which is often first on the ground in disaster and emergency response around the world.

The Michiana UMC Collective is gathering Sunday, April 27, at Grace UMC, 3012 S Twyckenham Dr, South Bend, at 12:30pm for lunch, followed by packing the kits. Please sign up here by April 14 to be included in the count for lunch.
